Ako jesť zdravšie a cítiť sa lepšie
Time is money. Every day we rush to work and stress ourselves out, just to climb higher and higher in the corporate ladder. And in the meantime, we forget about the most necessary thing. The fuel that drives us. Just as a car runs poorly on poor-quality gasoline, our bodies don't function as they should when they don't get good nutrition. But it's easier said than done... Many of us aren't the type to spend half our lives in the kitchen. But how do we eat right when we don't have time? Here are some invaluable tips on how to eat better and feel better. All approved by nutritionist Petra Kopecka. And all for free! Aren't we amazing?
Eating the right food and not spending your life in the kitchen is a mix of planning and research. A healthy diet doesn't have to be boring, quite the opposite! Combining healthy ingredients gives you the opportunity to explore new and exotic flavors that are sure to excite you. While it may seem annoying at first, you'll be creating great meals before you get bored. And you'll even start looking forward to preparing food, we guarantee it.

Shops carefully

You run to the nearest supermarket after work, hungry, and throw everything you see in your cart. Does that remind you of anything? Try planning your shopping in advance and making a short list of what you want to buy before you get to the store. That way, you won't end up with a ton of food that you don't need and is bad for you. If you have a little time, put together three recipes that you want to make in the next few days and buy only those things.

Fill your pantry

Even if you plan well, there may come a day when you arrive home and find your fridge completely empty. For those occasions, stock up on healthy snacks that will help you beat the urge to rush to your favorite pizza joint. Nuts or protein bars will last forever and will even help you with a little snack at work. So, get shopping for winter supplies!

Your morning routine in the evening

Mornings can be a real pain. You’re in a hurry and don’t have time to brush your teeth, let alone make breakfast. Why not make breakfast the night before or two earlier? After all, you don’t wash your clothes the same day you put them on. There are plenty of great recipes you can make ahead of time, and here’s one to get you started:

Porridge - Alain Delon

The first oatmeal you'll like

Ingredients for 6 people, or three breakfasts for two:

200 g oatmeal 500 ml unsweetened almond milk 1 apple 1 banana 4 teaspoons plain yogurt 1 teaspoon chia seeds A handful of mixed nuts A handful of dried fruit Honey (optional) A few fresh raspberries (if in season)

Coarsely grate the apple and place it in a bowl. Add the dried fruit, oatmeal, almond milk and mix well. Cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, when you're in a hurry and don't have time, take the mixture out of the fridge and add as much as you need. Slice a banana, pour over the yogurt, sprinkle with chia seeds and raspberries. Garnish with honey and voilà.

Make a date for the evening

As we said before, plan ahead. Instead of spending time on Facebook when you're supposed to be working, take a few minutes and Google something you'd like to have for dinner. If you're craving meat, choose a light and delicious turkey or fish fillet. Search for an exotic recipe and suddenly a themed evening in Italian, Asian, or any other style will be created before your eyes. It's up to you. And you can add a little wine to it, we won't tell anyone! Need some inspiration? Here it is:

Turkey breast salad - Alain Delon

LA style turkey breast salad

Ingredients for 2 people:

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon red pepper 1 tablespoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dried oregano 300 g turkey breast 2 fresh avocados 4 teaspoons plain yogurt 2 limes 1 chili pepper 2 corn tortillas cut into 1cm strips 1 romaine lettuce 1 little gem salad 1 red grapefruit

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a grill pan and place it on a hot plate over high heat. Mix together the cayenne pepper, red pepper, white pepper, a little salt and coconut oil. Brush the turkey breasts with this mixture. Then place them in the pan, reduce the heat by half and grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through. In the meantime, prepare the dressing and salad. In a blender, blend 1 avocado, yogurt, lime juice and chili pepper. Season with salt, pepper and add a little water if the dressing needs to be thinned out a bit. Spread the tortilla strips on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for a few minutes until golden and fragrant. When the turkey is done, let the meat rest for 3 minutes, then slice it thinly. Finally, chop the salad, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, garnish with the second avocado cut into wedges.
