Drinky, ktoré vás zahrejú a potešia vaše zmysly
Sitting on the beach or on a summer terrace is really passé with the falling outside temperature. Winter and the upcoming Christmas holidays make us crave something warm. Punch and mulled wine are classics that almost everyone can prepare at home. Try treating a guest (or treating yourself) to original winter drinks, which were prepared exclusively for the readers of Žurnál Alain Delon by one of the best Slovak bartenders, Peter Marcina from the Mirror Bar in Carlton .

Japanese Punch

A punch inspired by Japanese culture served on an authentic tea set enveloped in rose-scented steam. The ritual serving is meant to bring the greatest experience. The delicate taste of roses and peaches combined with Nikka Japanese whiskey from the barrel will surely enchant you. Garnish the drink with rose petals.

Recipe: - 0.04 l Nikka from the barrel - 0.02 l fresh lemon juice - 0.02 l peach liqueur - 0.01 l jasmine tea syrup - 1 teaspoon of rose water Put all the ingredients in one container, heat and serve.

Coco-Mango Punch

For hot drink enthusiasts who prefer non-alcoholic cocktails, there is a beautifully balanced taste of mango and coconut complemented by the sour taste of lemon. A drink that will give you a lot of energy and people just love it. At Mirror Bar Carlton they decided to serve it for us in cast iron tea sets right on hot coals.

Recipe: - 0.03 l coconut milk - 0.04 l mango puree - 0.03 l apple juice - 0.02 l fresh lemon juice Put all the ingredients in a teapot, heat (perhaps even over hot coals) and you're done. Garnish with edible flowers.

Green Blazer

The legendary classic Blue Blazer, which warms up cocktail lovers from all over the world, transformed into a greener version served on live moss with flowers and in a beautiful golden bowl. Instead of the classic sugar syrup, use herbal-citrus syrup, which will perfectly enrich the drink in the winter season. The sight of it immediately reminds us of spring and the warmth that many of us are already looking forward to. The drink, combined with whiskey, is poured from special mugs while it is still hot. We hope it will warm you up too.

Recipe: - 0.04 l Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie - 0.02 l citrus-herbal syrup - 0.01 l fresh lemon juice - 0.02 l of hot water Mix all the ingredients in special mugs, add the whiskey last, light it and pour it over.
