For many of us, summer is associated with once-spectacular cocktails decorated with fruit, herbs, or retro palm leaves. This year, try to taste drinks with all your senses, perceive not only the taste, but also the aroma, prepare original servings, and make a real experience out of hanging out with friends. Together with the bartenders of the Mirror Bar in Carlton, we have a guide for you on how to wow your guests at a summer barbecue.
Mix all ingredients except milk in a bowl until the salted caramel is completely dissolved. Then add milk, stir gently and leave for about 30 minutes without moving until the milk and citrus curdle. Then strain the drink through a cloth, mix with ice and serve.
Since he started at Mirror Bar during the coronavirus quarantine, he had enough space to develop his creativity and grow. He and the Mirror Bar team are currently working intensively on a new "signature" menu, which will provide 5* service to guests who are looking for an experience. The ambition is also to highlight the name of the Slovak bar scene in the world.
The soul of Mirror Bar is its menu, each cocktail served has a perfectly tuned composition and literally provokes the imagination of visitors. Cocktails are served in a unique form on original designer trays and in botanical arrangements. The current menu of Mirror Bar in Carlton is built on three pillars - Classy cocktails (all day), a collection of Art cocktails (evening) and a series of Nature cocktails (evening). Believe us, they are literally alchemy.
If you prefer warmer drinks, prepare special combinations from Peter Marcina from the Mirror bar .

Stanislav Harcinik
Stanislav Harciník is a relatively new addition to Mirror Bar, having joined the team as head bartender in March. He began his career in gastronomy as a barback at El Gaucho Steak house, where he discovered that he enjoyed meeting new people, combining flavors and constantly searching for inspiration. He gradually worked his way up through other positions and bars. The most significant bar milestone for Stan was his time at Spin Cocktail Bar, where he worked his way up from bartender to bar manager in two years. He also worked at The Velvet bar and as head bartender was instrumental in the birth of the Sexi Dog project.
