Najlepší recept na domácu bábovku, ktorý zvládne každý
The vast majority of women appreciate it when a man can handle not only a drill but also a frying pan at home. Whether you cook her a Michelin-starred dinner , quick and tasty pasta , or grill something delicious , you certainly won't disappoint. But what about surprising a lady with a homemade dessert after dinner? Nothing beats a homemade cake, you'll definitely agree with us. And if you bake it yourself, no woman will be able to resist you. You can master this simple recipe from the secrets of the Fertucha bakery without the slightest problem. We'll guide you step by step through the recipe for a traditional marble cake, which even your grandmother will be proud of after baking. Get out your aprons, let's get started.

What you will need

4 eggs 300 ml milk 160 g melted butter 370 g powdered sugar 370 g semi-coarse flour 2 small teaspoons of baking powder 2 tablespoons cocoa butter and flour for greasing the mold

Step by step procedure

1. Prepare a large bowl in which you will mix all the ingredients, a food processor or hand mixer with whisks, a spatula, a skewer, and of course, a cake pan. 2. Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar . Whisk until slightly thickened.

3. Gradually add melted butter and milk to the beaten eggs. Whisk.

4. Finally, gradually add the flour (already mixed with baking powder) to the mixture. Whisk well so that there are no lumps in the dough. 5. Grease the inside of the cake tin with butter and dust with flour . It is really important that the inside of the tin is dusted with flour everywhere so that the dough does not stick to it after baking.

6. Pour about 2/3 of the dough evenly into the prepared mold.

7. Add cocoa to the remaining dough in the bowl and mix. 8. Gradually pour the cocoa batter into the pan over the entire surface. Use a spatula to "clean" the bowl of batter. 9. Use a spatula to “mix” the batter in the pan a little to create a nice marble effect .

10. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour . 11. Do not open the oven during baking. After about 50 minutes, you can check the cake – use a skewer to help you stick it into the cake. If there is any dough stuck to it, it is not ready yet and you should leave it to bake. The cake is cooked if you pull out the skewer completely clean. 12. After removing from the oven, let the cake cool on a wire rack or wooden board. Only remove it from the mold when it is cool. 13. Finally, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and enjoy this ode to your culinary art. Bon appetit.

If you still don't succeed in some step with the cake, we have a plan B for you. In the small family bakery Fertucha, they bake only with high-quality ingredients and everything is always fresh. They also offer cakes for people with various requirements or restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, lactose-free, using alternative sweeteners, etc.). Their assortment changes throughout the year, so you know that their strawberry cake is made from freshly picked strawberries from our region. The same goes for apricot, plum, currant... You can find Fertucha in three locations in Bratislava - in Fresh Market, on Košická Street and in Slnečnice Market.
