Style Guide – Vyhrňte si rukávy
Hot summer calls for short sleeves and shorts, and there are few things in the world better than going out in the middle of August, scantily clad, with flip-flops on. Unfortunately, many of us can only dream of the luxury of a home office in the middle of summer, so we have no choice but to put on long pants and a shirt and sweat the equivalent of a small water tank on the way to work. But why not give your body some fresh air? Alain Delon Magazine comes to the rescue again. Here's how to roll up your sleeves and pants and look stylish.

Sleeves up!

You know it... You roll up your shirt sleeves, only to have them fall back down to your forearms five minutes later... Or better yet, you roll up your sleeves and within five minutes your limbs stop pumping blood.

It's so simple, just follow these three steps: 1. Unbutton all buttons, including the inner one, and turn the shirt cuff inside out. 2. Fold the cuff so that it is completely wrapped inside the shirt. 3. Fold the fold over again while maintaining the width of the cuff.

The key to a stylishly rolled-up shirt is the right length. So roll up the sleeve three times just above the elbow. Too long and you'll end up looking like a billboard politician; too short and you'll be mistaken for a 1990s boy band member on the street.

Show your ankles

OK, everyone is rolling up their sleeves these days. But the perfect summer outfit à la Italian Riviera also includes rolled-up pants . So why not dress for work like you're on vacation?

It's even easier than with sleeves: 1. Fold the cuff of your pants about one centimeter wide. 2. Fold the cuff two more times in a row. 3. Gently pull the folded part as if you were trying to open it. This will make the pants fit.
There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to rolled-up pants. However, the resulting fold should end about a centimeter above your ankle. If you pull them too high, you'll look like you've had a basement flooded. Also, don't forget about slim fit pants, the roll-up won't work without them. Well, it will, but we're back to the topic of 1990s fashion.
And of course, gentlemen, please leave your socks at home! At least the ones that are visible.
