YEME, Plnochutné potraviny
A picture of a beautiful summer day and a walk in the market place in a small Italian town. Buying fresh vegetables, tasting exotic fruits, the smell of fresh fish and meat. Paradise and a dream for many of us, but often, unfortunately, just an idea of an ideal vacation. Until now. Today you can experience this feeling in Bratislava, not only all year round, but even on any day of the week. We at Žurnále Alain Delon love great cuisine, so our desire for the best ingredients was often a journey from the butcher, through the bakery, to the local market, which took up the whole Saturday. However, all of that has changed thanks to the new YEME foods.
Entering YEME grocery store looks like entering a magical world of fairy tales. The sliding doors open and an orchestra of colors and aromas plays before your eyes. At first, you are attacked by the wonderful smell of fresh bread, which almost poetically mixes with the aroma of coffee. Immediately, aisles full of fruits and vegetables of all colors of the rainbow appear before your eyes. From our local fruits to exotic creatures that you have probably never even seen.
Everything is fresh and of the highest quality. After all, it is the cornerstone of the philosophy behind YEME foods.
Behind the vegetable and fruit aisles, the colors change to red and pink at the charcuterie stand. Sausages, mangalica bacon, fresh ham and salami… Just look around for a moment and the only thing you want to do is jump over the counter and stuff everything into your mouth. Resist the temptation, however, take a few steps, and suddenly you will find yourself at the corner with fresh meat, which suddenly transports you to a good old butcher's shop. An experienced butcher will help you choose the best meat for dinner, which, like the charcuterie, comes from local Slovak farms.
The walk through this wonderland continues with dairy products. Yogurts, milk, butter and cheeses are made with love by local farmers. If you don't control yourself, you'll fill your basket with so many things that you won't even be able to take them home.
While you admire the local dairy products, you will feel the wonderful aroma that welcomed you in the store again. It will guide you exactly as you see it in fairy tales, until you suddenly stop at the most amazing part of YEME food, which will exceed all your expectations. You will see the bakers preparing fresh, wood-baked sourdough bread, which they make themselves at YEME. Add to that the homemade rolls, the taste of which will take you back to your childhood memories, when your grandmother bought you a warm roll for the road at the local village bakery.
Buttery croissants, Christmas cakes, and sweet poppy seed rolls will make you dizzy, at least as much as fresh bread.
Your evening shopping will be perfectly rounded off by a wide range of Slovak and foreign wines and the widest selection of beers from domestic and foreign microbreweries far and wide. However, if you are in a hurry and need a quick bite without preparation, there is a small café for you, which is part of the food. They prepare not only great coffee, but also fresh salads and sandwiches. All, of course, made on site, from ingredients coming directly from the shelves. If this doesn't awaken in you the desire to take home a bag of their homemade coffee, you have a will of stone.
However, in YEME food, in addition to all the great healthy ingredients, you will also find quality products from old well-known brands that are also available in other supermarkets. You will not have to go around two or three different chains to do your shopping. YEME is simply a mixture of great food and an excellent farmer's market. This is why we at Alain Delon Žurnále have found a new place for our daily shopping. You can find YEME food at Tomášiková 46/A in Bratislava . Photo: Pavol Zachar www.zacharphoto.com
