Renové a Alain Delon J/Z 2025: Keď sa minulosť stretáva s prítomnosťou

The new Alain Delon Autumn/Winter 2025 seasonal campaign carries the theme of Nostalgia , which reflects the universal desire for simpler times. In an era of constant overload, hectic and uncertainty, people are looking for moments of peace, memories of childhood and the values that family and intimate environments bring. The collection responds to this sentiment with timeless models that evoke a feeling of comfort, warmth and elegance, inspired by the past.

That's why we shot the campaign in the Renová showroom, a place where old furniture is transformed into timeless design pieces. Each piece tells its own story and, together with Alain Delon's clothes, creates an authentic atmosphere of home and nostalgic comfort that is the heart of the entire season.

The story of Reno

Behind everything is a dream. The idea of breathing new life into old chairs, combining modern with retro design and preserving honest quality, which is so lacking today. As one of the founders of Renová, Anna Harvanová , says: "The idea of renovating vintage furniture existed in my head for several years as an unfulfilled dream. I always liked to surround myself with nice things... Until one day Eva came my way - and she decided that it was worth turning it all into reality. This is our ninth year."

Most of the pieces in the showroom come from the second half of the 20th century, mostly from Czechoslovakia, but there are occasional treasures from abroad. They enjoy Bauhaus, Art Deco, and furniture made from bent metal tubes, which is becoming increasingly rare.

Craft and philosophy

Renové is based on respect for the original character of the furniture. They restore the wood using traditional methods, avoid flashy patterns when upholstery, and instead of staining, prefer to let the natural grain of the wood stand out. As they say: "We renovate each piece with sensitivity, with respect for its character and origin."

Why does retro resonate more than ever today? They say it's connected to emotion and memories. Vintage furniture carries sentiment, but also the value of honest work, which stands out even more in today's fast-paced world.

Furniture as a storyteller

According to Renová, home is created by details – a large dining table that brings the family together, crystal glasses from her grandmother, dishes that are passed down from generation to generation. That is why their showroom is full of stories. One of the most interesting is a reclining chair by Jindřich Halabala, which allegedly belonged to the Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič.

And although customers sometimes don't dare to use old pieces regularly, that's what gives the Rens the greatest joy, when the furniture really comes to life. Lamps and light fixtures are among the most used items today.

"What you surround yourself with reveals a lot about you. The traces of time etched into furniture can tell stories. When renovating, we often wonder who owned that particular piece and what it experienced. We have found countless personal items – from coins stuck in armchairs to movie tickets," they say.

Autumn/Winter 2025 Collection

Like the furniture in Renova, Alain Delon's fashion is built on the principle of timelessness and attention to detail. The new campaign combines masculine elegance with an environment that breathes history and nostalgia. Every room, every piece of furniture, every outfit together tells a story.

Renová is not just a showroom. It is a place where the past meets the present, where beautiful things with soul inspire future generations and create new memories.
